One of the benefits of becoming a member is that your monthly membership fee is banked in your CMD account and can be accessed at any time as payment toward cosmetic, women’s health, hair loss (TED & PRF) and acne (1570 laser & blue light) services as well as the non-prescription skincare products and supplements that we offer. Additionally, members receive a discount on services, products and supplements as well as enjoy birthday perks and access to member-only promotions. With our membership program, you have the freedom to choose the services best suited to achieve your aesthetic goals. Membership Options
Premier Membership
With a Premier Membership level your monthly fee of $99 is deposited into your account and you are eligible to receive the following discounts:
$2 off each unit of neurotoxin
$50 off a full and/or half syringe of dermal filler
$50 off a mini lip package of 3
$50 off mesotherapy services
$25 off a vial of PRF and/or an Ezgel kit
20% off all cosmetic, women’s health, hair loss, and acne services
10% off all non-prescription skincare products and supplements
Frequently Asked Questions
When can I start using the discounts in my membership level?
The benefits of your membership will take effect immediately.
When are my membership fees due?
The first payment is due on the first day of your membership and then your debit or credit card will be charged that same day every month.
Do I need to sign a contract?
You are not required to sign a contract and you may cancel at any time. However, if you cancel your membership within the first 3 months you must wait 1 year from the cancellation date to start another membership.
Can I use the funds in my CMD account for medical services?
No, the membership funds in your CMD account may not be used for medical services that would typically be billed to insurance. They may only be used for cosmetic services, women’s health services, hair loss services (TED & PRF), acne services (1570 laser & blue light), cosmetic injectables, non-prescription skincare products and supplements.
Can I use other discounts with my membership discounts?
No, you have the option of using either your membership discount or any promotional discounts, but you cannot use both for the same service.
Can I use injectable rewards programs with my membership discounts?
Yes, the Botox/Alle and Jeuveau/Evolus rewards programs may be used in addition to the membership discount for additional savings.
Can other people use my membership discounts?
No, the membership discounts are exclusive to members only and may not be shared with or transferred to another person.
What happens if I want to cancel my membership and I still have funds in my CMD account?
Any remaining funds in your CMD account are non-refundable and may be used for cosmetic, women’s health, hair loss (TED & PRF), and acne (1570 laser & blue light) services as well as cosmetic injectables, non-prescription skincare products and supplements. However, you will not be eligible for the members-only discounts.
What if I am moving out of the area and won’t be able to use my remaining funds?
If you cannot use the remaining funds in your CMD account due to illness, death, or moving out of the area, your remaining funds will be returned to you at your request less a $50.00 processing fee.
How do I cancel my membership?
We need to have your request in writing, so please submit a request to cancel your membership via the Contact Us online form on our website.
